I have been an administrator for 3 years and this is exactly the tide that I feel I am constantly working against. I am so frustrated that I would prefer to move out of administration to get away from this battle. But articles like yours make me feel as though it is not hopeless. There are others out there who feel as I do, and if only this minority could unite, we could change the world for kids. I guess in some way, as my best friend always says to me, in your small part of the picture, you are changing the world for kids. Thank you for your article!!!
