I am not sure how long you have been in administration but it sure seems like you are headed in the right direction or you are already there. I like your statement about how you cannot motivate with policy. Getting to teachers, become interested in their projects, assisting them in moving forward are the best ways that I have found, and it reads like you have found them to.  I enjoy reading about other administrators who are using technology to move teachers forward to provide high quality education to our students.

Sounds like you are doing a fantastic job in your school. Interestingly, I have only been in my present position for two years and I&#039;m finding the same thing. You cannot mandate school spirit, energy and positive involvement. You have to create them and it sounds like you are doing a great job! Bang on!&lt;/p&gt;
